Lori Wegner, Esq.

Lori Wegner is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law and Civil Circuit Mediator with a career built on understanding every side of a dispute.

Ms. Wegner began her professional journey in the insurance industry as a commercial property damage and automobile liability claims adjuster. While working for a major insurance carrier, she attended Nova Southeastern University Law School, graduating Cum Laude in May 2003.

Her legal background spans personal injury law, insurance defense, and family law, and she previously served as a program attorney for the Guardian ad Litem program, advocating for children in the court system.

This diverse experience gives Ms. Wegner a rare ability to understand the perspective of every party at the table — insight that consistently opens the door to peaceful, lasting resolutions.

Let's face it — conflict is exhausting. Mediation puts the decisions back where they belong: in your hands.
Why Choose Mediation?

A calmer, smarter path to resolution

The longer a dispute plays out in court, the more expensive it becomes — both financially and emotionally. Mediation offers a better way forward.

You stay in control

In mediation, you and the other party make the decisions — not a judge or a jury. Your case, your outcome.

Protect your savings

A dispute or divorce should never cost you your life savings. Mediation resolves most — if not all — of the issues at a fraction of the cost of litigation.

Lower stress and anxiety

A process focused on resolution and problem-solving, rather than grudges and bickering, will noticeably reduce your stress from day one.

Private and respectful

Resolve your conflict with dignity in a confidential setting, with the focus placed on the positive aspects of your future.

Civil Circuit Mediation

From business disputes to personal injury and insurance matters, Ms. Wegner's background on all sides of civil litigation allows her to identify practical solutions that keep your case out of the courtroom — and keep you focused on what matters.

How It Works

Simple, convenient, and built around you

1

Book your mediation

Choose a convenient time online in less than a minute and add the opposing party's email under "Add guests" so both sides receive the Zoom link. Ms. Wegner will provide a budget-friendly quote tailored to your mediation.

2

Meet via Zoom

Mediations are conducted comfortably and securely through Zoom — no travel, no waiting rooms, no added stress.

3

Reach resolution

Work through the issues in a calm, structured setting and move forward with an agreement you helped build.

In-person mediations may be coordinated for an additional fee covering facility rental and travel expenses.

Book Online

Choose a time that works for you

Pick a date directly on the calendar and add the opposing party's email so everyone receives the same Zoom link — no phone calls, no back and forth.

  • Real-time availability, synced with Ms. Wegner's calendar
  • Automatic Zoom link and email confirmation for you and for every guest you add
  • Confidential — your information is never shared

Please add the opposing party's email address

Mediation requires both sides at the table. While you book, open the + Add guests field and enter the email address of the opposing party — and of their attorney, if they have one.

Everyone you add there receives the same confirmation and the same private Zoom link automatically. If the field is left empty, only you will get the link and the session cannot go forward.

Not sure of their email yet? Book the time anyway to hold it, then send us the address and it will be added to the invitation.

Need a different start time — an earlier 9:00 AM session, for example? Send a message and Ms. Wegner will do her best to accommodate it.

Booking a mediation does not create a mediator–party engagement until confirmed by Ms. Wegner.

A cancellation fee may apply depending on how close to the scheduled date you cancel — see policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, Wegner Mediation requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a mediation session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show), will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved time (e.g., 1.5 hours for a Half-Day booking, or 2 hours for a Full-Day booking, billed at the standard rate of $200 per hour).

Live availability · Zoom

Before you confirm, use + Add guests to enter the opposing party's email address — that is how they receive the Zoom link.
